First things first, you need to complete our Online Client Agreement form ASAP.
Training can not begin until this form has been completed, signed and dated.
If you've already completed this step, skip to step 2!
Next you need to complete our Onboarding Assessment Questionnaire.
This will take some time to complete so make sure you block out at least 30 minutes to get it done.
WARNING: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A COMPUTER TO COMPLETE THIS.
You must complete this form entirely. You cannot save your progress and pick up where you left off later. If you close out of the app or your phone shuts off, you will have to RESTART!
FYI: Once submitted, you'll be sent a few emails this week detailing what to expect from the next AMAZING weeks of your transformation journey so PLEASE keep an eye out for them!
Book In For Your Assessment Call!
Now that you have completed your Assessment Form, you’ll need to book a time to set up your assessment call (if you haven’t already).
This is where we will walk you through all the steps of the program.
You will be directed to download ZOOM to your phone or your computer so that we can use this app to have our call and we will also be using this app during our 1:1 coaching calls and group coaching calls.
So all you really need to do right now is get your Client Agreement signed, Onboard Assessment Questionnaire completed and your Assessment Call booked and I will take everything from there!

Have you ever been asked that question…
“If you could only have one drink for the rest of your life what would it be?”
For me this really is one of those questions that I hate to answer.
A life without wine would be a miserable one, but a life without water would mean no life at all.
Damn it’s so tricky!
Anyway… one of the quickest fixes for curbing cravings, improving skin health, and feeling more sexy is drinking 2 litres of water a day.
You can do this in several ways.
1. Consume 500 ml of water with every meal along with one large glass before starting your day.
2. Grab a 2 litre bottle and place 4 lines on it. Set a reminder on your phone every 3 hours to drink to the next line.
Consume 500 ml of water with every meal or 2 litres total throughout the day.

So this one may seem a little obvious, but there is more to it than first meets the eye.
What makes up your meals and in what quantity is incredibly important.
Each meal wants to consist of the following…
Quantity: Palm Size Portion
Types: Chicken, Turkey, Lean Beef, Lean Ham, Eggs, Tofu, White Fish
Quantity: 2 x Closed Fists
Types: All Green Veg, Salad, Tomatoes, Cabbage
Quantity: Cupped Handful (Cooked)
Types: Rice, Potatoes, Quinoa, Oats, Beans, Pulses, Lentils
Quantity: Thumb Sized Portion (Solid) / Teaspoon (Liquid)
Types: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Nuts, Seeds
1 x Serving of Fruit, Protein Bar, Protein Shake
Science has repeatedly shown that eating protein rich diets such as the one stated above will stabilise blood sugar, increase metabolism, and build more lean muscle tissue.
This is exactly what when it comes to shedding that Christmas weight and creating a strong and sexy bod in 2018.

I really do seem to be stating the obvious don’t I!
But despite the fancy ab toning gadgets and other money sapping products, the ONLY WAY to build muscle and shape your butt is by working out.
Just like with these detox teas on the nutrition side of things, there is no 21st century gadget that can substitute a workout.
So what do you need to do?
Well depending on your ability I want to give you two options.
Option 1: Walk 10K Steps A Day
Option 2: Complete My Home Workout Programme
My advice is try my home workout programme first and see how you get on. If it’s too tough then drop down to tracking 10,000 steps per a day for the next 5 days.
“But Sam, I don’t have a tracking device”, I hear you say.
That’s not a problem.
Head across to the app store on your phone and download one there, and if you can’t grab one there simply assign an hour a day to go for a walk.

After (name of step 5 from signature process) phase, all that is left to do is remove external stresses (what it is).
This may sound like a challenge, but with all this momentum behind you repairing your body and restoring natural energy (what’s the aim) suddenly becomes a whole lot easier.
